When Aaron (Dalton) Cooper graduated from Lincoln Jr/Sr High School he knew exactly what he wanted to do. He was headed to the Air Force.
Now A1C Aaron Cooper is a public health technician in the 47th Operational Medical Readiness Center at Laughlin AFB in Del Rio, TX. Cooper was recently honored by his command for exemplary service.
Cooper was instrumental in the successful operations of the Public Health Flight. He completed his upgrade training several months ahead of schedule, and since has taken on a management role in several flight programs.
Cooper was also instrumental in reviving the occupational health program. He updated 27 specific industrial shops and validated over 2,400 medical exam requirements. After completing his training in December 2022, Cooper completed his first class with a 4.0 GPA.
Cooper is scheduled to meet two additional courses toward his Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health and Wildlife Management.
