Aurora Borealis visable in Kansas

On Friday, April 10th, the Aurora Borealis was seen across Kansas. These photos were taken by amature photographer Jim Hammer east of Newton, Kansas. The spectacular auroras filled the whole sky. Color could be seen from his vantage point but they weren’t as saturated as the pictures show.
