The student council and the student body at Lincoln Jr/Sr High School is comprised of a group of problem- solving teens, always looking for a fix, a cure, a work-around or several other solutions. They are ingenious geniuses, solution sorcerers and eggceptionally intelligent.
They recently found two situations that certainly weren’t up to their standards.
First, the official Easter Bunny (EB) became overwhelmed with the post WWII population explosion. By the 1970s he was exhausted and had to give up going to every single home and park in the country… in the world… and instead, enlisted the help of several delivery agents. This is exactly what the official Santa Clause (SC) did when finding himself in the same situation.
At the same time the students at Lincoln had a lot of projects that needed funding. It was up to STUCO to come up with a way to raise the funds needed for cool projects at the school.
In partnership with EB, STUCO will assume the task of hiding plastic eggs filled with goodies in your yard, saving both you and the EB any extra effort to enjoy the holiday.
They will hide 20 eggs for you for a $20 donation ($1/egg). If you’d like 40 eggs, they’ll do that for $35 ($.875/egg). OR you can have 60 eggs for only $50 ($.8333/egg). The eggs will be delivered and scattered on the night of April 8, so the eggs will be on your lawn Easter morning.
If interested in treating your family to a surprise egg hunt when they wake up Easter Sunday, being an official helper of the official EB, helping our students help their school or just think it’s a fun idea and want to participate, contact Cody Wolting at [email protected] or contact the school at 785-524-4193.
