Marcon Pies and Daisy’s Buns teamed up for a focaccia breadmaking class Saturday, May 6. The class was held at Marcon’s Pie Shop in Lincoln and taught by local fresh baked goods producer, Daisy’s Buns. Participants learned to create a loaf of fresh bread locally sourced by Labertew Honey and Fly-Boy beer and take their bread home in a handmade cloth bread.
