The Bank of Tescott’s vision statement is “Committed to those we serve,” which includes not only a commitment to individual depositors or investors, but the communities they serve as well. The GIVE BACK event highlighted a free Rewards checking account and created a fun way to give back.
Two names were drawn as local branch cash winners. Each of these winners names a local non-profit to receive a matching donation from the Bank of Tescott. Terry Broberg and Mary Meier were drawn as local cash winners. The Lincoln Senior Center and Lincoln County Food Pantry were both recipients of the matching donations.
“When our communities succeed, we succeed. As a business in our communities, we are invested in the local school districts and non-profit organizations in the communities we serve,” Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Kathy Schwerdtfager said. “We not only give monetary donations, but our employees give their time and talents to volunteer when and where needed. We may not always be on the cutting edge of technology or provide the coolest app in the banking world, but when our customers are in a time of need, we are there for them and do what we can to help.”
