Lincoln Jr/Sr High School senior Noah Esposito has signed a National Letter of Intent and accepted a full scholarship to Bethany College in Lindsborg. The decision was not an easy one for Esposito. He was recruited by and offered scholarships from Sterling College, Bethany College, Ottawa College, all in Kansas, and Culver-Stockton College in Missouri. After many campus tours and game-day visits, Bethany came out on top.
Bethany has a new head coach this year who has had tremendous coaching success internationally. Esposito will begin training with the team during the summer months in order to be ready for the start of his freshman year.
Noah played running back for the Leopards, helping to lead them to two post-season playoff games in the three years he attended LJSHS.
“I’m excited and extremely grateful to be given the opportunity to continue my football career at Bethany College,” Esposito said.
Noah has been playing football since he was eight years old, and he says a lot of people helped him along the way.
“I want to specifically thank my parents, brothers and grandparents for their love and support,” he said. Esposito is planning to pursue a degree in molecular biology with a major in music study.
“My goal is to give back to athletes by becoming an orthopedic surgeon,” he said.
