OH the places you can go…
It is the season…to be hunting. My family comes from a long lineage of hunting to stock our freezers. We only kill what we can eat, as we are grateful for God’s blessings in this world. A few years ago myself and my husband traveled out to Colby, KS, to go hunting for elk. It was a beautiful time with my husband and a few of our close friends. He was able to bring back a good sized cow to fill our freezer. Elk is surely a different tasting game and I was happy with the cuts we received from our local butcher.
